Before you send us a drawing, or describe a product that isn’t public yet, you may want an agreement in place. That is normal, and we are glad to sign one.
If your company has its own NDA, attach it below. We will read it and return it signed, usually within two business days. We do read every agreement before signing it — now and then there is a clause we cannot honestly commit to, and when that happens we will tell you which clause and why rather than sign it anyway. Most come back signed as written.
If you would rather use ours, leave the attachment blank and ask for it. Ours is a one way agreement: you disclose, we protect. It covers your drawings, your models, your materials, and the fact that we are talking at all.
In the meantime you can tell us a good deal without disclosing anything confidential — roughly what the part does, roughly how big it is, and how many you expect to need in a year. That is usually enough for us to say whether we are the right shop for the job, which saves us both the paperwork if we are not.
Just a question? Use the contact form. A sentence or two is enough.
Ready for a quote? Use the quote form. Drawings help, but they are not required — if you don’t have them yet, describe the part and we’ll tell you what we need. • Rather talk it through? Book a call: calendly.com/mgoelst
